AFSCME Council 93 Local 1067 has reached a Tentative Agreement with the Board of Higher Education for a new 3-year contract for members working for the twenty-four Massachusetts State and Community College campuses represented by Local 1067. Nearly, 3,000 members are covered by this new contract.
The Tentative Agreement provides significant base-wage increases and an additional pool of money, apx $500,000. Parties will continue to meet to discuss the allocation of these funds, with a determination being made within 60-days of ratification.
The 3-year contract, if ratified, will run from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027.
Ratification is scheduled to take place on all campuses on July 24, 2024

11% Base Wage Increase:
- All raises below are effective the First Full Pay Period of the following months
- 3% increase January 2025
- 2% increase July 2025
- 2% increase January 2026
- 2% increase July 2026
- 2% increase January 2027
Additional Funds:
- An additional pool of approximately $500,000
- Parties will continue to meet to discuss the allocation of these funds, with a determination being made within 60-days of ratification
