Application submissions must include:
- The attached application, completed (preferably typed)
- A typed 500 – 750 word, original essay “Unions have been important to my family because…”
- Proof of enrollment to an accredited school as detailed on the attached application (for example an acceptance letter, class schedule, or tuition invoice) Proof of enrollment should include the student’s name, a date indicating the year of enrollment, and the School’s name or letterhead/logo.
